If you recently made the decision to switch to a vegan, congrats and welcome to the party! Everything may seem exciting at first but at some point you will ask yourself
...what the hell am going to eat?! It can be a scary and frustrating feeling, especially if you announced to the world your major lifestyle change and then start worry that you might not be able to follow through. Becoming vegan is not something that you have to do overnight, and I personally don't recommend that you go cold turkey {no pun intended} but it's your choice. My number 1 tip for new vegans and for vegans that are struggling to stay on track is to keep things simple. You don't have to feel pressured to buy all the fancy vegan stuff all of the time. There is nothing wrong with having them but when first starting your vegan journey, or getting back on the vegan wagon, the best place to look is in your own kitchen, what are some of the basic staples that you have on hand? How can you turn those basic staples into a simple and delicious vegan friendly meal? If you are looking for a quick reference to help you create easy veg-friendly meals, check out my Free Vegan Meal Prep Cheat Sheet by signing up here. What have you found to be most challenging on your Vegan Journey? Until Next time... ~Be Veg. Get Fit. Live Well.~
